Risk Manager (Services – Investment Services), Chicago. Regionalrelocation.Salary:$90K to $100K. Chinese Securities Futures firm. Salary:  $160K to $200K plus bonus and equity.  Reporting to the chief auditor, you will offer senior assistance to the internal audit staff, the audit committee and the Board of Directors for the  internal controls group.  Inform senior management of the efficiency of operations and compliance with laws, use PC-based automated tools, and manage staff regarding SOX compliance, annual risk assessment, evaluation of controls, financial audits, risk based audits, presentations on key findings and judgements. Sensory Quality Manager (Consumer Goods – Food and Beverage), Newark, NJ. Salary $100K+ (commensurate with experience). Manage QC technicians and lab technicians, overseeing analytical & sensory initiatives, process optimization standards to include FS22000/BRC/SOF, specifications, training, regulatory and formula compliance, inspections, testing. Need 6-8+ years relevant food and/or beverage industry background with significant flavor experience. BS/BA.

Director of Quality (Consumer Goods – Food), Seattle.  Salary:  $120K to $150K.  Direct the quality program, driving the reliability of all quality systems at multiple sites.  Includes oversight of manufacturing processes, safety, sanitation, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance with HACCP, ISO, FDA, etc., FDA inspections, audit programs, testing, production input.  20-25% travel.   Need 10-12+ years closely related background preferably in food, but will look at pharma and possibly some chemical exposure.  BS/BA.

Maintenance Manager (Consumer Goods –Misc.), Raleigh, NC. Salary: $100K to $115K. Manage staff supervising daily maintenance activities. Includes equipment repairs, conformance with codes and standards, troubleshooting, reading electrical schematics & blueprints, industrial controls, inventory, utilities, scheduling. Should have computer proficiency and 10+ years closely related maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing, assembly, consumer products or Lean environment. Prefer technical BS.

EMC Project Manager (Technology – Telecommunications), San Diego, California.  Salary:  $75K to $115K.  Will support clients with project requirements, project planning and project installation & implementations in the Electromagnetic / EMC industry.  Work with wireless carriers, antenna vendors, certification laboratories and handset manufacturers, participating in system installations & calibrations, validation tests, purchasing and logistics actions.  Need 2-10 years closely related Project Management or Project Engineering experience in the electromagnetic/EMC, RF or antenna industry. Additional experience in metrology, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and wireless communication protocols also preferred.  BS/MSEE or similar.

Antenna Test Range Applications Engineer (Technology - Telecommunications), Home based position in San Francisco. Salary: $90K to $110K. Employ knowledge of test & measurement (anechoic chambers), and  RF technologies. Field service role requiring heavy travel visiting customers. Duties involved with identifying needs, tech support & maintenance, demonstrating products and making proposals. Work with signal generators, spectrum and network analyzers, calibrations on RF test ranges, systems generations, wireless protocols and test instruments. Heavy travel.  Need 3-10+ years relevant experience in the RF or Telecommunication industry along with knowledge in metrology and/or antenna measurement experience. AA/BS/MSEE or related.

Plant Maintenance Manager (Consumer Goods – Food), Cleveland, Ohio. Salary: $90K to $110K + 5-7% bonus. Responsible for the overall efficiency of company’s maintenance program. Supervise employees in areas of predictive and preventative maintenance, scheduling, regulatory compliance, industrial controls, cost control, equipment upkeep, utilities, budget, systems and equipment improvement, inventory, standards. Work overtime if needed. Seeking 7-10+ years closely related background in a small to medium sized non-union facility, preferably in food, but will consider beverage, chemical, pharma industries. Quality Director (Industrial – Equipment & Supply), Indiana. Salary: $135K to $145K + 20% bonus.  Improve and implement quality systems in a Lean/Six Sigma environment. Provide oversight of regulatory compliance, reliability engineering, operational issues, Kaizen, cost control, safety, inspections, continuous improvement and conduct training/testing/statistical analysis/audits. Responsible for current plant quality activities and another smaller plant recently constructed. Requires a Black or Green Belt with 10-15+ years closely related experience in light industrial or consumer hard goods industry. Prefer technical BS.

Plant Manager (Industrial – Automotive), Juarez, Mexico.  Will relocate from  Mexico and the U.S.  Salary:  $140K to $150K +25% bonus.  Take charge of all plant activities for a global Tier automotive supplier.  Oversight of operating procedures to include production, audits to ensure ISO compliance, maintenance, HR, labor relations, engineering, EHS, cost control, quality, materials, accident prevention, continuous improvement.  Must have 3-7+ years demonstrated success running a unionized  automotive manufacturing plant.  Bilingual in Spanish and English is required with an understanding of Mexical labor laws.  BS Engineering or related.

Director of Service Operations (Healthcare – Medical Devices and Diagnostics), Los Angeles.  Salary:  $170K to $180K with OTE of $215K to $235K.  Direct national Service Technical Operations for a diagnostic imaging company.  Oversight of new product rollouts, national technical support, call center and developing technical international relationships, improving profitability & productivity.  20% travel.  Seeking 5-8+ years applicable National Service Management experience with a good grasp of diagnostic imaging technology & terminology.  Background in BioMed/Engineering, Radiology/Cardiology Imaging companies preferred.  BS/MBA.

Plant Manager (Consumer Goods – Food), Southern California.  Salary:  $125-175K + 20%  bonus.  Will be managing a large organic food plant for a global non-GMO organic foods company.  Leadership responsibility for Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehousing, Distribution, Quality, Human Resources, Safety, Customer Service, and Purchasing.  Also ensure compliance with all company GMP’s, local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.  Requires previous experience as a Plant Manager in fresh produce and/or agribusiness operations, experience leading a site with seasonal workforce and Spanish fluency.  BSME or similar degree required.

Fiber Optic Engineering Manager (Industrial – Electronics), Chicago, Illinois.  Salary:  $100K to $150K.  Take responsibility for managing the department involved with fiber optic connectors, terminals, assemblies, design, cables and interconnect products.  Utilize software tools such as Solidworks, PROE and Auto(CAD) and manage the quality department.  50% domestic and international travel.  Need 7-10+ years’ equivalent background.  BS(ME).

Senior Antenna Engineer (Industrial – Electronics), Detroit, Michigan.  Salary:  $85K to $120K.  Join R&D team in design and development of Antenna and LNA designs for automotive and related RF products.  Draft technical specifications, provide technical support for customers , employing knowledge of AM/FM, GNSS, RKE, SDARS, GSM/UMTS/LTE, Bluetooth, DSRC and tools such as HFSS and CST-MWS.  10%-15% travel.  Should have 6-8+ years’ allied background in auto RF, with at least 3 of those years in auto design.  Other technical degrees accepted, but prefer BS(EE). 

Electrical Engineering Manager (Industrial – Defense and Aerospace).  New York City, New York.  Salary:  $140K to $150K plus bonus.  Oversee the development, design and test of digital processing boards.  Manage EEs and interact with MEs and Software Engineers.  Be involved with leading the design of high-speed circuits, PCB layouts, analog measurements, timing analysis, schematic capture, budget, and digital communications.  Seeking 5-7 years’ applicable management background, including experience with VME/VPX based designs, ASICS or FPGAs.  Must have BS(EE) or MS(EE).

Lead Antenna Test Range Systems Engineer ((Industrial – Defense and Aerospace).  Carson, California.  Salary:  $120K to $150K.  Lead team delivering systems products designed for microwave measurement of test items such as antennas and radomes used in radar wireless communications, satellite data transfers, etc.  25% domestic and global travel.  Need 10+ years’ experience in Microwave/RF systems design and proposals, using a variety of antenna test ranges.  Must have knowledge of mechanical positioning systems and MATLAB, GRASP, HFSS and other tools.  Should have ability to obtain or have a security clearance.  Prefer MS, but will take a BS(EE or PHYSICS).

Radar / RF Sustainment Engineer (Industrial – Aerospace and Defense). Las Vegas, Nevada. Salary: $100K to $130K. Company provides technical support and engineering for test ranges for the US Airforce and Navy’s radars. Focus on the sustainment of various radars. Be involved with design feasibility, design radar and microwave transmitting and receiving systems, proposals, site visits, investigations, integrating COTS, testing, signal processing, modeling and simulation, Requires 5-10+ years’ similar experience with proficiency in HFSS, TICRA/GRASP and/or other tools. Must have an active clearance of any level. Technical BS.

Antenna Design/Integration Engineers (Industrial – Telecommunications).  San Diego, California.  Salary:  $100K to $170K.  Company provides advanced antenna and RF service solutions to the world’s leading IoT brands.  Become the GoTo person mentoring others in antenna design and radio testing.  Design electrically small single and multi-brand antennas from 100MHz to 6GHz, EM stimulation and modeling of antennas.  Create new product concepts.  Provide customer technical support.  Would like minimum of 10 years’ related background.  BS(EE) or similar field.

EH&S Manager (Industrial – Metals), Montgomery, Alabama.  Salary:  $90K to $115K.  Assume responsibility for all EHS activities for a large metal fabrication plant.  Oversee direct reports involving continuous improvement in waste water treatment, industrial hygiene, water & air emissions, maintenance/electrical/mechanical issues, compliance with regulations (EPA, ADEM, OSHA and others).  Must have 10-12 + years relevant EHS background in a large fabricated metal manufacturing facility.  BS/BA.

Construction Foreman (Industrial – Construction).  Omaha, Nebraska, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Des Moines, Iowa.  Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, carpentry, framing, safety, scheduling and quality.  Work with subcontractors regarding labor, materials, inspections.  Frequent travel over an extended period to work sites.  Need 3-10+ years’ related background.  Spanish language a plus.  College attendance preferred, but will take a HS diploma or a GED.

Project Engineering Manager (Industrial – Construction).  Waterloo, Iowa.  Salary:  $90K to $120K.  Perform duties that include designing and building industrial structures, including three-phase electrical systems (480 volt), negotiating with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, meeting with clients, risk management, reading blueprints and drawings, HVAC systems, travelling to sites.  Need 4+ years’ of similar background, ideally with Auto/CAD exposure.  BS(CE).

Senior Structural Engineer (Industrial – Construction).  Waterloo, Iowa.  Salary:  $90K to $115K.  Conduct feasibility studies, plan and design building structures and facilities, soil and material testing, advise on structural modifications and repairs, estimating costs and visiting sites.  Requires 5+ years’ related background, preferably in AG or grain industries, plus proficiency with CADKEY and Revit, and wood or timber design experience.  BS(CE).
