Director – Financial Advisor (Services – Financial Services).  New York City, New York.  Salary:  $200K to $400K Well established Investment  Advisory Firm that employs an open-architecture approach to service wealthy individuals, foundations, family offices and endowments seeks a top sales performer who for 4 years has been the lead client relationship manager at the company.   Should have a current book of business with at least $75M of fee based assets servicing $2M+ level clientele.  Will consider Advisors with clients allocated to outside alternative managers or traditional customized stock and bond portfolio.  MBA preferable, but OK with BS/BA.

Senior Trust Officer (Services – Financial Services). Odessa, Texas. Regional relocation. Salary: $110K to $130K plus stock. Administer numerous personal trust accounts, working primarily with Oil and Gas accounts plus estate planning and family partnerships. Seeking 10+ years’ trust administration background with understanding of the Oil and Gas industry and have ties to the southwest region. BS/BA.

 EIA Maintenance Supervisors (Industrial – Equipment and Supply).  Decatur, Georgia and  Pensacola, Florida.  Salary:  $100K to $140K.  Supervise 2 engineers performing preventative maintenance on electrical, instrumentation and automatic equipment, including AC & DC systems, wireless systems, pneumatic and hydraulic control valves, motors, piping, switches, motor repair, drives, switchgear.  Need 5-12+ years’ related background, preferably in Chemical Process, but will consider  ANY industry.  Military experience desirable.  Must have BS Engineering. CBRN Systems Engineer (Industrial – Aerospace and Defense).  Englewood, Maryland.  Prefer engineers from the DC and Baltimore areas.  No  relocation.  Salary:  $105K to $115K Serve as the lead software systems engineer, conducting R&D to develop the next generation of chemical, nuclear, radiological, biological and explosive mobile lab facilities. Employ expertise in analytical component evaluation of CALS, draft design concepts, plan and execute the annual CBRNE COTS Modernization Process.  Provide support for Mobile Lab Systems and briefing.  Serve as Integrated Product Team coordinator.  Prepare market research reports.  Evaluate user requirements and conduct analysis.  Must have previous experience in a product development or R&D role with 10+ years’ relevant background.  Must have secret clearance. Signal Processing Engineer (Industrial – Aerospace and Defense).  Hyattsville, Maryland.  Salary:  $90K to $130K.  Company works through testing technology modeling and stimulating signal processing algorithms.  Meet with targeted customers. Be  involved in homeland security, defense space, commercial, etc.  Conduct research and aid in wireless systems development and testing on software radio (SDR) platforms.  Handle  writing design documents,  simulation reports and system documentation, helping with proposals and meeting with prospective customers.  Should have 5-7+ years’ allied background, ideally with knowledge of GNU radio, and be willing to obtain a security clearance.  MS(EE)(CS)(Physics) or similar.

Compiler Development Engineer (Industrial – Electronics).  Santa Clara, California.  Salary:  $100K to $150K.  Company is a small semiconductor firm.  Opportunity offers a ground floor opportunity to employ skills in computer architecture.  Their software will allow an existing C++ program to run on FPGAs for a 10X increase in processing performance and a reduction in power consumption by a factor of 100.  Will develop compilation techniques/algorithms and write feature specs and create test plans.  Need 6-12+ years’ applicable background with familiarity with open source compiler infrastructures such as LLVM or ROSE.  MS(EE)(CS)(Physics) or related.

VP Engineering (Industrial – Chemical).  Desirable Southern  location.  Attractive salary and benefits (Salary  depends on  level  of  experience).  Responsible for multi-site plant, project and process engineering for a large global chemical company.  Need a minimum of 15 years management experience in a large specialty chemical manufacturing operation or company.  MBA a plus, but will accept BS(ChE).

Quality Manager (Industrial – Manufacturing Diversified).  Columbia, South Carolina.  Salary:  $80K to $90K plus 10% to 15% bonus.  Oversee 7 plants.  Develop, implement and maintain quality methods, reliability testing, customer complaints, root cause analysis. Maintain/improve quality system to ISO-9001 standards.  Coordinate audits for ISO-9001.  Comply with ISO-14001 guidelines.  Work with the engineering staff.  40% travel.  Requires 5+ years’ similar background in auto, HVAC, plastics, electronics, building materials, wire products.  SAP desirable.  Prefer MBA, but will consider technical degree.  Also need Plant Quality Engineer at $80K to $90K.

Iowa.  Salary:  $100K to $120K plus 10% to 15% bonus.  Manage staff and implement improvement in areas of quality, maintenance, automation, EHS, cost control, production, equipment performance.  Also take budget responsibility.  Should have 6-8+ years’ management background in a large lean industrial manufacturing environment.  BS/BA.

Mechanical Engineer (Consumer Goods – Consumer Goods / Misc.).  Los Angeles, California.  Limited relocation.  Salary: $74K to $83K.    Handle project management duties in product development, design and performance specifications, POC models, CAD, regulatory testing, drawings, product costs.  Some overseas travel.  Need 4+ years’ related background in, plastics, toys, office or mechanical products.   BS(ME) or similar tech BS.  

Engineering Manager (Industrial – Engineering Services).  Rochester, New York.  Salary:  $100K to $120K.  Support project managers and coordinate design activities for a midsized engineering consulting firm.  Serve as the liaison with the client and maintain relationships.  Train design and technical support staff with primary focus on electrical engineering and design.
