Meet Our Team Leaders
Richard Bryant, President and company founder, is a seasoned recruiter and Air Force veteran, with over 40 years’ industry experience. Because of this expertise, Richard has served in key leadership capacities as:
- A past President of the Illinois Employment Association, now known as the Illinois Staffing Association
- A past President of the University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation Associates Board
- A nine-year Board Director of National Personnel Consultants (NPC)
- The top NPC billing counselor and TOP TEN Recruiter for 9 of 19 years as NPC member
- National Personnel Associates Double Platinum Award recipient (one of only 12 active people out of 1300+ affiliated recruiters since the founding of NPA in 1956 to achieve the designation of $10 million billings)
- A past Ethics Chairperson of the Marketing Recruiters Network and the Illinois Employment Association now called the Illinois Staffing Association
Richard received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University. He is a recruiting generalist who actively concentrates on executive and middle management jobs in all work disciplines.
Shari Bryant, Vice President and co-owner received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University, beginning her career with a publishing firm, selling, merchandising and directing cooking school marketing promotions in a 6 state territory. Shari's experience is extensive and varied, which contributes to her success as an executive recruiter. Shari has:
- Held management positions in marketing, public relations and consumer affairs with two Fortune level companies focused on consumer packaged goods and financial services
- Worked as a spokesperson on television and radio
- Operated a consulting business serving national consumer packaged goods companies in marketing, communications and public relations initiatives
- Was recruited to join a national staffing company where she was a District Manager and later Manager of Corporate Development
- Has served as state President of two professional associations, including the Illinois Staffing Association, previously called National Association of Temporary Services-Illinois
Shari focuses on recruitment for companies similar to those she worked for … consumer products and services and packaged goods. Shari is a recruiting professional concentrating on executive, middle management and upwardly mobile professional positions with a strong focus on marketing, human resources and sales.
